The blue water in this lake and the green forest that surrounds this lake look one of a kind. This is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Ooty and is an artificial lake that is more than 200 years old. The lake was built by John Sullivan in 1824 for fishing. Today, you can even enjoy boating here. You will find several shops on the premises from where you can grab some snacks.
