9. Dargah of Baley Miyan

Dedicated to a local man Baley Miyan, (Ghazi Saiyyed Salar Masud), this dargah was built in 1194 by Qutb-ud-din Aybak. The man was considered a saint by both the Hindu and the Muslim communities in North India. An annual fair is also held at this dargah, in which the entire town celebrates with music, food, dance, and celebration. The fair is called Nauchandi mela.
